The Town of Blind River's indoor arena ice surface, located at our Community Centre, is perfect for public skating, organized hockey and figure skating. With options to have the ice in or out, the arena is a great place to host your next event or game.

Public skating

Public Skating, Let's go skating! Season starts September 25th. Fridays 4:40pm to 7pm, Monday and Wednesdays, 10am to 12pm. Season pass $31.21 plus hst and drop in is $5. at 110 Indiana Ave.  Public Skating schedule for community centre arena

Arena rentals

To book our indoor arena ice surface for your event or game, please submit a Facility Booking Form to us at info@blindriver.ca. You can pay the booking fee and liability insurance by cash, debit, credit card, apple pay, in-person by cheque or by e-transfer to etransfer@blindriver.ca. Our arena's ice surface is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

For ice-in events, the capacity limit is 200 people. For ice-out events where alcohol is served, the capacity limit is 1,311 people. If there is no alcohol, the capacity limit is 1,600 people.
