Pet Licences

If you own a pet in the Town of Blind River, you need to buy a pet license and renew it every year. After purchasing a license, you'll receive a tag that your pet must wear at all times. This will help us return your pet if they are found in the community.

Apply for a pet license

Please complete our Pet License Application Form below to apply for a pet license. We will contact you when your license is ready for pickup. You can pay for your pet license when you pick it up from our main office at:

Fees

Our pet license fees vary based on when you purchase or renew it, your pet's age and if your pet is spayed or neutered. Fees are lower if you are purchasing or renewing before March 1. View our Municipal User Fees By-law for fee information.

Lost tags

You can buy a replacement pet tag for a fee from our main office. Please contact us at info@blindriver.ca to request a new tag.

License transfers
