The Town of Blind River is accepting applications for an Equipment Operator – DZ Driver’s License required, 40 hours per week, for the Public Works Department.

Qualifications/Requirements
-Must be currently enrolled and returning to school in September;
-A valid G Driver’s License is preferred;
-Weekend hours required;
-Use of Own Vehicle (Matinenda Landing).

Election Opportunity - 2018 Municipal Elections 
The Town of Blind River is accepting applications for the 2018 Municipal Elections personnel.

The successful candidates will be required to attend mandatory training and be available to work Election Day from 8:30am to 9:00pm (approximate).

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with setting up the voting place
• Processing voters and issuing ballots
• Administering declarations
• Assisting with the closing of the voting place
• Completing necessary paperwork
