TENDER FOR VOLUNTEER DINNER

Volunteer Dinner on Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Blind River Community Centre. Purchase, preparation and serving of buffet style meal for 180 adults.
To celebrate Canada’s 150, as well as allow creativity for dinner options, please submit two (2) proposed meals for this group as well as your cost for each menu.

Proposals for the above noted catered event will be received at the address noted below no later than 4:00pm on Monday, October 16th, 2017.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Please note that A Blind River business license must be purchased prior to qualifying for the tender.

Lumberjack Dinner and Silent Auction on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Blind River Community Centre.
  
With your help in the way of a donation towards our Silent Auction, the Museum plans to raise funds that will go towards delivering new programming for children as well as events and exhibits we have planned for the next year.

Your business or name will be included on the auction card as the donor, as well as on the back of the menu as an event supporter.

We kindly ask donations for the Silent Auction will be received at the address noted below by 4:30pm on Friday, October 20th, 2017.
